Commercial Project Administration Specialist (f/m/x) – Part-time

Your role with us …

  • Independent handling of intercompany orders within the group, including coordination and alignment with the respective sites
  • Responsibility for ongoing project invoicing to customers as well as timely preparation and verification of invoices
  • Entry, maintenance, and follow-up of orders in various ERP systems, ensuring smooth processes
  • Continuous updating and review of sales forecasts in close cooperation with project managers at different international locations
  • Support in export and import matters in coordination with group logistics, including compliance with country-specific regulations and organizational procedures

Ideally, you bring …

  • Commercial education
  • Three years of professional experience
  • Experience with customs processing is an advantage
  • Very good English skills in written and spoken form
  • Initiative, independence, and a systematic way of working
  • Willingness to travel of about 10%

Compensation

The collective agreement minimum gross salary starts at € 3,391.47 (full-time basis). Overpayment is possible depending on qualifications and professional experience.
